Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GSK travel website and booking services provided by GSK travel (identification number: 01027038032) at Tbilisi, Kalouabni Street 32A (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the site, creating an account, or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our services
We operate as a travel intermediary platform offering discovery, price display, and booking facilitation for hotels, flights, tours, offers, and custom travel packages focused on Georgia and the wider region.
Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, we are not the hotel, airline, or tour operator; supplier terms also apply to your trip.
Live chat may include an automated AI assistant for FAQs and policy guidance before a human team member responds. The assistant does not confirm bookings, process payments, or replace human support for account-specific issues.
How bookings are made (three channels)
GSK travel may offer several ways to book travel. The channel available to you is shown before payment or before you leave our site:
1) Direct GSK travel bookings — you complete payment on GSK travel, pay through our licensed payment intermediary (e.g. TBC Bank eCommerce when enabled), and receive confirmation from us. These bookings are governed by these terms and our refund and cancellation policies.
2) GSK travel booking requests — you submit a request (including “pay later” or offline payment flows) and our team confirms availability, price, and payment instructions. No binding reservation exists until you receive written confirmation.
3) Third-party partner bookings — you follow a link, widget, or deeplink to an external provider (e.g. affiliate networks such as Travelpayouts, hotel partners such as Booking.com partner programmes, or other flight/hotel/tour booking sites). The transaction is completed on the partner’s website under that partner’s terms. GSK travel does not process your card for these bookings unless clearly stated on the payment page.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation (email or account notification) with a reference number and applicable supplier conditions.
Displayed prices reflect availability at the time of search. Prices may be rechecked before payment; if the price changes, you may accept the new total or cancel.
You are responsible for the accuracy of guest names, travel documents, visas, and health requirements.
Payment
Online card payments are processed securely through our payment intermediary partner. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Where “booking request” or pay-later is offered, payment may be collected separately in line with instructions in your confirmation.
Currency is shown at checkout; your bank may charge conversion fees for non-GEL cards.
This section applies to direct GSK travel payments and confirmed booking requests we process. It does not apply when you pay on a third-party partner website (see “Third-party booking providers” below).
Affiliate disclosure
GSK travel may participate in affiliate and partnership programmes (including, for example, Travelpayouts, Booking.com partner programmes, and similar travel affiliate networks). When you click certain links, widgets, or “book on partner site” buttons, we may earn a commission or referral fee if you complete a qualifying booking or purchase on the partner site.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay on the partner site, but they help fund GSK travel. Where required, we try to label external partner offers clearly.
Commission arrangements are contractual between GSK travel and the partner; they do not make us the merchant of record for transactions on the partner site.
Third-party booking providers
Some hotel, flight, tour, or activity offers are fulfilled entirely by third-party providers. You may be redirected from our site to a partner platform to complete search, payment, and confirmation.
GSK travel is not responsible for the partner’s booking system, inventory accuracy, customer accounts, or post-booking service except where we clearly assist as a convenience and applicable law requires.
Always review the partner’s terms, privacy policy, and confirmation email. Keep the partner booking reference for changes, refunds, and support.
Merchant of record
For direct GSK travel bookings paid on our checkout page: GSK travel (or our payment intermediary acting on our instructions) is the merchant of record for the payment shown on your GSK travel receipt, subject to supplier fulfilment terms.
For booking requests pending payment: your confirmation will state who collects payment and when the reservation becomes binding.
For third-party partner bookings: the partner (or its payment processor) is the merchant of record. The partner is responsible for payment processing, booking confirmation, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and customer service for that transaction, unless we have a separate written agreement stating otherwise.
Prices and taxes
Displayed totals are intended to include mandatory taxes and fees known at booking time. Optional extras (resort fees, baggage, seat selection) may be charged separately by suppliers.
Prices, availability, and partner-site confirmation
Prices, taxes, fees, baggage rules, hotel policies, cancellation windows, and availability shown on GSK travel are indicative and may change before booking is confirmed.
For third-party partner offers, final price and availability are determined only at the moment you book on the partner website. Confirm all details on the partner checkout page before paying.
GSK travel is not liable for discrepancies between preliminary information on our site and the partner’s final checkout, except where we have sent you a direct GSK travel confirmation with a stated price.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit fraudulent bookings.
B2B partner accounts require approval; we may suspend accounts for breach of partnership terms or suspected fraud.
Liability
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), supplier default, schedule changes, or loss arising from incorrect information you provide.
For confirmed bookings, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law in Georgia and any mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts in Tbilisi have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Contact support@gsk.travel before formal proceedings; we aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
