Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or change bookings made with GSK travel through GSK travel and what fees may apply.
Refundable amounts after cancellation are described in our Refund Policy.
For bookings completed on a third-party partner site, cancellation rules are set by the partner and supplier — not this policy alone.
Third-party partner bookings
When you complete a booking on a partner website (e.g. via Travelpayouts, a Booking.com partner flow, or another provider linked from our site), cancellation or changes must be made through that partner’s account or support channels using your partner booking reference.
Deadlines, penalties, and no-show rules shown on the partner checkout page apply. GSK travel cannot cancel partner-site reservations on your behalf unless we issued a separate direct GSK travel confirmation for the same trip.
How to cancel or change
Email support@gsk.travel or contact support at support@gsk.travel with your booking reference.
You may open a support ticket from your account when signed in.
Changes depend on availability and may incur fare or schedule differences and supplier change fees.
Hotels
Cancel by the deadline shown in your confirmation for free or reduced penalty cancellation.
Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled without full charge unless law or a hotel exception applies.
Early checkout may not qualify for partial refund unless agreed separately with the hotel.
Flights
Cancellation fees follow your ticket type’s airline rules. Name changes may be prohibited or heavily restricted.
Optional add-ons (baggage, seats, insurance) may have separate cancellation terms as shown at purchase.
Tours
Standard notice periods: 14+ days — free cancellation; 7–13 days — partial fee; under 7 days — no cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
For private tours we may allow one free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to guide availability.
Custom travel packages
Each component (hotel, transfer, activity) follows its supplier’s cancellation window. We apply the strictest deadline that applies to your package.
Cancelling one leg may require repricing the entire itinerary.
Force majeure
For events such as natural disasters, war, pandemic restrictions, or government travel bans, we act in line with supplier policy and applicable law. Options may include credit, rebooking, or refund where suppliers allow.
